Project Overview
Richmond Commercial Services (RCS) and D1 Moving and Storage have served central Virginia for over 15 years with both commercial and residential relocation services. Before Champs, the brand websites were slow and outdated, with most leads acquired through referrals or in-person sales. Our objective was to modernize both brands, establish a strong digital presence, and produce high-quality leads.

The Build
For the RCS brand, we used solid colors, sharp lines and subtle shadows to provide a clean and professional feel. For D1, we wanted the brand to feel more exciting, in-motion, and modern. To accomplish this, the design uses gradients, angled shapes, and page animations. Both sites are optimized for SEO, with pages for services, customer types, service areas, blogs, and more.
In addition to web development, the moving brands leverage over 75 custom-built social media post templates to reduce production time by over 75%. Finally, we set up tracking codes to produce live analytic dashboards on the Champs app for continuous improvement.

Continued Growth
To streamline lead generation, we got both brands approved for Google Guaranteed, optimized the Google Business profile and launched paid ad campaigns. These campaigns produce between 30-50 high quality leads per month, depending on ad spend.
For long term organic site traffic, we develop and publish 4 well-researched blogs each month with tips, tools and entertainment for prospective customers. Each month, our team meets with leadership to discuss progress and opportunities for future growth. Together, these brands are ranking for over 2,250 keywords, driving 600-700 organic website visitors per month.
